When can I expect somebody to call and schedule service?
After we receive your call in our main office, we contact your local Service Specialist via text message. Typically, they will call you within 24 hours. Your Service Specialist will work with you to determine the best time to schedule your service. Because our Service Specialists live in their service area, there’s a good chance they’re not far away. How much will the service cost?
There are many factors that can go into pricing, but after your Service Specialist asks you a few questions about your specific problem you can usually get an estimate right over the phone. Get a quote
Do you service my area?

Are your products safe for children and pets?
All the materials we use are labeled for use in and/or around homes. Inside the home, the material is applied in cracks and crevices, under or behind furniture and in voids away from children, pets and your family. Read the labels.
Are there products that I can buy to do the treatment myself?
There are many over-the-counter products available, however, our trained professionals know which products work best in specific situations and how best to apply those products to maximize effectiveness.
How do I prepare for the upcoming treatment?
