Duluth family business makes Superior move
After almost 50 years in Duluth, Guardian Pest Solutions is making the move to Superior. We broke ground today for our new corporate headquarters at the corner of Susquehanna Avenue and Halvor Lane.
All of our people are very excited to make the move to the new facility. It’s a big move for us and it’s been a long time in the making. We’re really excited to make this journey.
We have been growing every year and have outgrown our current facility in Duluth. Our new facility will be made up of 2 new buildings, a 6,500 square foot office building and a 12,000 square foot warehouse and truck maintenance facility. Our general contractor Johnson Wilson Constructors plans to begin work on the new facility in early August. The project is expected to take about 8 to 10 months.
