SMS Campaign Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the SMS service (“Service”) provided by Guardian Pest Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this Service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

The Service allows you to receive SMS messages from Guardian Pest Solutions for service notifications and account management. By subscribing, you consent to receive messages on your mobile device.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this Service. You must also own or have permission to use the mobile phone number you register for the Service.

4. Opt-In and Opt-Out

Opt-In: To begin receiving SMS messages, you must provide your phone number and confirm your subscription through an opt-in process.
Opt-Out: You may opt-out of the Service at any time by texting “STOP” to (715) 399-7378. Additional instructions may be provided in the messages you receive.

5. Fees and Charges

Standard Messaging Rates: Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. You are responsible for any charges or fees associated with your use of the Service.
No Additional Charges: We do not charge a fee for the SMS Service itself, aside from standard messaging and data rates from your carrier.

6. Message Frequency

The frequency of messages may vary depending on the type of Service you have subscribed to. You will receive messages as necessary to fulfill the Service’s purpose.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

We may collect certain personal information, such as your phone number, to deliver the Service. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy which outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected.

8. Service Availability

The Service may not be available at all times due to technical issues, including network problems, system failures, or maintenance. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions in service.

9. Use of Service

You agree not to:
