Trained by our board-certified, on-staff entomologist, our team gets to know pests so you don’t have to. All are state licensed and certified to GreenPro, QualityPro and Food Safety standards.
From detailed screening and background checks to ongoing training and certifications, we work hard to ensure our staff delivers a high level of service, knowledge and professionalism. Our technicians live in the communities they serve and truly care about your success.
New employees attend Guardian University, an intensive classroom training on policies, procedures, regulations, state certifications and licensing, entomology, and safety, plus they receive in-the-field training. Ongoing monthly training, plus the annual University of Minnesota Pesticide Safety and Environmental Education recertification workshop, keep our people up to date on the latest regulations, safety and entomology issues.
Our management team attends national industry training and events and has even been featured as speakers and trainers.
